代表者の略歴

星野 隆作

リーマン・ブラザーズ証券会社投資銀行部門で日本企業へのM&Aアドバイザリー業務に従事後、米国の無線通信ベンチャー会社に参画し、ＣＦＯを務める。

2000年に（株）イグナイト・ジャパンの立上げメンバーとして参画し、ベンチャー投資ファンドIT2000の組成および投資業務、投資家対応を含む管理業務等、ファンド運営全般を行う。

2007年には上場会社への出資のために特別目的PIPEsファンドとして設立されたイグナイトBBファンドの代表を務める。又、同年にファイナンシャル・アドバイザリー会社として設立されたAGSアドバイザリーの代表取締役に就任。

日本企業によるクロスボーダーM&A案件含め多数のM&Aアドバイザー並びに資金調達アドバイザーを務めた実績を持つ。又これまでに複数の上場会社・ベンチャー会社の社外取締役を務めた経験を持ち、現在複数のベンチャー企業、事業会社及びプライベート・エクイティ・ファンドの取締役、監査役、アドバイザーを務めている。

Profile of the Management

Ryu Hoshino: Representative Director

Mr. Hoshino has started AGSA as a financial advisory firm in 2007 and manages the company as the representative director. At AGSA, he provides financial advisory services to the Japanese as well as overseas clients for

equity/mezzanine finance, VC fund raising, and domestic/cross-border M&A.

Mr. Hoshino has worked for Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers Tokyo office where he was a member of financial advisory group for Japanese corporate clients. After receiving an MBA from Columbia Business School, he

joined Pangaea Wireless, a wireless communication start-up based in Palm Beach, Florida as CFO.

In 2000, he joined Ignite Japan, a unique hands-on style VCs in Japan focusing on IT-sector, as the founding

member, and has been involved with all aspects of IT2000 L.P. including fund raising, investment as well as the

portfolio supports, book keeping, and LP relationship management. He is also experienced in PIPEs field, forming

Ignite BB L.P. in 2007, a special purpose fund to acquire a publicly traded stock, and managing the fund as the

representative.

Mr. Hoshino has served as a board member of several companies (both privately held and publicly traded), and currently works as board members and advisers for several companies including venture start-ups and a private equity fund.
